Like I mentioned before, during these times, you have to be able to relax and is there a better way than sitting back and binging on a really good series? I don’t think so! We’ve already covered some series that are available on Netflix, but what about other services? Well, now we’re going to see what Hulu has to offer.
Love, Victor
Love, Victor happens at the exact same place as the movie Love, Simon, only a few years later. Even though I really enjoyed watching Simon on the big screen, watching Victor felt a bit more real and that’s very important. With his deeply religious and conservative family, Victor struggles to come out to them. Beside the fact that this show is very enjoyable to watch, it’s also so important for everyone to see the whole point: you should truly, unapologetically be who you are.
Empire
The only thing better than drama is drama with some spectacular music. Empire is a series about a music industry and there’s always a whole lot going on. With everyone always being at each other’s throat to see who’s going to be the next king of the empire, you’ll be stuck watching episode after episode, without even realizing it. In addition, the music is so good that you will want to download at least a few songs afterwards.
Brooklyn Nine-Nine
Get the inside view into Brooklyn’s police department and everything that happens besides catching the bad guys. The witty humor and the never-ending action are only some of the reasons to keep on watching. The characters are all so incredible, so picking a favorite is an impossible task. It’s also very exciting to see all the developing romance.
