Jean-Claude Van Johnson

Hands down, the best performance I've ever seen from Jean Claude Van Damme. His comedic chops are amazing, and I wouldn't mind at all if Amazon decides to pickup this pilot as a full blown series.

Jean-Claude Van Damme/Varenberg/Johnson delivers in this quirky, introspective, kitchy action/drama/comedy series that looks like an extension of the movie JCVD. It's an over-the-top but not look into the man and the myth that is the Muscles from Brussels. PS Amazon, if you would be so kind do make a similar series on David Hasselhoff and perhaps even Chuck Norris while we're at it. t can be like True Detective but without getting worse ratings with every following season.

‘Timecop’ is like ‘Looper’ with Bruce Willis, but a million times better, and that's all you need to know to start watching this show right away.

One would think an old action hero like JCVD would have retired and worked as a gym instructor in Belgium by now so it is a little impressive how an old action star reimagines himself here - as JCVD have fun with his own image and play a less than successful secret agent that only happen to have JCVD as a cover name. I guess you have to love the man to see this one as it doesn't have the best written jokes or ideas out there.

There's nothing cooler than a guy who can make fun of himself like this and also put a little bit of heart to something that kicked off in such a whacked out way. I will never stop loving JCVD/JCVJ/JCVV/whoever the hell he chooses to be. ^^

Awesome, JCVD shows he can still act. Short 30 min episodes too, so it's an easy watch!

i usually like odd comedies, but this was pretty stupid, never made it past the pilot - cancelled and i'm fine with that

No season 2 for this, it just got cancelled by Amazon.
