Yes, it's a scripted reality courtroom show, just like EVERY OTHER ONE. That having been said Steve Harvey brings some down home common sense to the genre, and uses his humor and comedic timing to cut through all the B.S., get to the meat of the matter, and bring a fair resolution to the presented cases.
This just seemed like a low grade copy of Gary Busey: Pet Judge and only served to remind me how much I miss that bizarrely great show Main difference being Busey was hilarious without meaning to be, Harvey isn't while constantly attempting to be
