Have read many of the books & saw the movie. Couldn’t stand the first episode! If u liked the books or movie... I’m guessing this show will annoy you also.
Overall, very forgettable. There wasn't anything exceptional enough to note. This was just a show that popped up and got watched due to nothing else on the radar, so to speak. I guess it was decent enough with the premiere. You know, because it was the premiere. The introduction to this new world and its characters, all that. Afterward, that feeling of mild...excitement, I guess, based on something new, and interest fizzled itself out very quickly. It became very repetitive, you could say. And from that point forward, the Bone Collector himself was the show's saving grace, and he, that aspect, could only do so much. I was only watching week-by-week out of this deep loyalty within me to trudge through the remainder of the show, to do so with any show that I start if having to trudge through it starts to become required. The interest just wasn't there, anymore. At the same time, I didn't hate it. I just wasn't engulfed with interest and enthrallment to a sufficient degree. It was mildly mediocre, at best. One of those shows that's a hit or miss, and more miss than hit.
I rate this one very high! Season 2 date?
[Initial Impression]. This has all the makings of a great Crime Mystery with the twist that we know who the villain is. It is all a cat and mouse game from here on out. Great casting. Interesting characters. A little grisly for those unaccustomed to Crime Thrillers. I'm looking forward to how these damaged crime fighters track down their criminal. Based on this first episode, I give this series an 8 (great) out of 10. [Crime Drama] This (second) episode slipped from the optimistic beginning. Too much exposition. Too little human connection. A lot of time was spent explaining how clever they are while dumbing down their expectation of intelligence in their audience. The series just slipped to a 6 (fair) out of 10.
Watching royalty can sometimes make us feel like we are a part of royalty, but it also shows that being a leader usually isn’t as easy as it could seem. So, if you want to experience a lot of unpredictable drama with stunning scenery, clothes and visuals in general, these may be a few good choices for you:
Because I’m watching so many imaginary scenarios, it’s nice to take a look at things that actually happened every once in a while. The drama from documentaries really feels a lot different than those from series you just know didn’t happen. I love being aware of everything that is or has been going on and Netflix is really great at helping us with that.
I remember watching a lot of “Pokémon”, “Digimon”, “Dragon Ball Z” etc. when I was growing up. Little did I know back then, I wasn’t watching cartoons but animes. Even now that I’m all grown up, I still enjoy watching them. There are many more genres to choose from and it’s always so full of action. The music in it is so great, you’ll definitely find yourself listening to songs long after you’ve finished watching.
I am Sophie and this is my website.
A little about me 👋 I am a marketing student in Paris. I love spending afternoons with friends in a cafe or a park.
But more than anything else, I love watching (.. binging…) series on my computer on rainy Sundays or any sunny day for that matter 🙈
I must have watched hundreds of shows by now, from romance to science-fiction series. Often I like to go back to a show I enjoyed. But I don’t feel like watching it all over again…
I created this website so myself and others could find the best episodes of our favourite shows. As of today, I have about 1,000 shows on the website with votes and rating coming from fans.
Hopefully, you can join me from your sofa and enjoy some nice TV!
