how can people vote this up? I tell you why someone would rate it down. it's because there is now counterpart like in Bad Boys. Marcus never loved shootouts or liked it getting in trouble. He was a grounded guy... this show lacks this dynamic, it's just 2 supercops without a flaw. that works for 1-2 Episodes, after that it's just boring, sometimes annoying. the whole buddy movie thing doesnt work here. you wanna Action packend cop buddy movie Show - watch lethal weapon. Or even the Magnum Reboot. Quite good. you wanna have a good cop Show - watch the rookie. I'm still watching because Alba but I don't know if I can get through the whole season.

FYI: Sydney "Syd" Burnett is the sister of Marcus Burnett, who appeared in Bad Boys II and serves as protagonist of LA's Finest.. The spinoff series of Bad Boys films focuses on drug enforcement agent Sydney Burnett, now working for the Los Angeles Police Department.

Well second season the same as the first , slow not to sure start then really good interesting build up. Hope there's a third season.

Well, this was a pleasant surprise. Not even sure how I found this show. But I had very low expectations of it. However, I found it to be a decently fun cop show. It has an 80's throw-back feel to it. It has a pretty good overarching story-line and the female leads have good chemistry. Even though I was 99% sure I knew who Knox was (and I was right) after just a couple episodes, it was still enjoyable.

(Initial Impression) The draw may be a meld of Bad Boys fans and, of course, fans of Jessica Alba. Other than that, it doesn't have much going for it. The writing is lame. The action is surreal. Cops live in elaborate homes. Detectives disrespect the law and live as if they are immortal. Heavy on action. Silly rather than comedic. Complete escapism (but, then again, I'm not opposed to the occasional escape). I give this series a 5.5 (fair-ish) out of 10. [Action Nonsense]

I am looking at the low rating that users give this show and I wonder why. I guess it is because of the Bad boys link and this been very distanced from it. Ok - here is my opinion: TLDR - It is well above average. Break down : Script - Average - it is 100% what you expect from cop drama - if you like the rest of the cop shows , you will like this one. If you have watched a bunch of these, you will know what is happening well before it has happened, but that is true for every cop show out in the open, now. Acting - Above average - come on, you see the cast list, they all are well know, with a lot of experience. Soundtrack - Very good - I like the music a lot . Production quality - Very good - You can see everything, even in dark scenes, hear everything without wandering what they are saying , good composition. Few minor annoying things for me - I personally would have been a lot happier if the rebel daughter cliché was not in this one, but since it is kept to a minimum I am fine with it. The jokes don't always land. The only big problem I see with the show is that it was marketed like Bad boys spin off , and from what I can see it would have been better if it was not. This is another time marketing strategies killed otherwise good show. P.S. The rating system needs to be changed, because currently they are more bad marks than good. and they need to be renamed. Because -- 5 been - Meh --- 6- Fair --- 7 - Good --- 8 -- Great ---- it is to big of a gap between them . And I think 5 should be average and 10 should be Great and the rest in between should be positive marks. Because I thing the show is very good, but not great. So I am forced to give it 7 which looks bad on the scale from 1 to 10 .

So I gave it a chance and the first episode surprised me in a positive way. But when they
with the minimal amount of keystrokes that would make even the guys on CSI jealous found the killer by tracing the Bluetooth sensors in the wheels of his car
in the second episode I gave up on this being a good cop show. Will watch a few more because of Alba to see if it gets any better. Strongly doubt it though...

About Me

I am Sophie and this is my website.

A little about me 👋 I am a marketing student in Paris. I love spending afternoons with friends in a cafe or a park.

But more than anything else, I love watching (.. binging…) series on my computer on rainy Sundays or any sunny day for that matter 🙈

I must have watched hundreds of shows by now, from romance to science-fiction series. Often I like to go back to a show I enjoyed. But I don’t feel like watching it all over again…

I created this website so myself and others could find the best episodes of our favourite shows. As of today, I have about 1,000 shows on the website with votes and rating coming from fans.

Hopefully, you can join me from your sofa and enjoy some nice TV!
