The Listener

CTV 2009

"The Listener" centers on Toby Logan, a 25-year-old paramedic who has a big secret - he's a telepath. Until now, Toby kept his ability hidden, exploring its possibilities only with his longtime mentor and confidant, Dr. Ray Mercer. As he makes the rounds with his energetic paramedic partner "Oz" Bey, "The Listener" follows Toby as he tries to help people in crisis, and in the process unravel the truth about his past. While his professional life is in check, Toby's personal life could use its own rescue. And with the help of Detective Charlie Marks and his E.R. doctor/ex-girlfriend Olivia Fawcett, Toby realizes his gift can help others.

Telepathic? ...Thank you CTV for continuing the downward slide of the average viewers' intelligence.

The show went downhill after Toby moved from being a paramedic into that special unit. The whole reason I watched the show was because of the scenarios him and Oz would encounter which out in their ambulance.

It filled the time important not to be too critical as all time fillers can be if you look for it... Was pissed off a few times but got over it as I needed time filling.... on a whole I enjoyed the series and appreciated the last episode...

It's light and fun at times ... Not a bad show , but certainly not an excellent show. I was dissapointed when Lisa Marcos left the show ...

About Me

I am Sophie and this is my website.

A little about me 👋 I am a marketing student in Paris. I love spending afternoons with friends in a cafe or a park.

But more than anything else, I love watching (.. binging…) series on my computer on rainy Sundays or any sunny day for that matter 🙈

I must have watched hundreds of shows by now, from romance to science-fiction series. Often I like to go back to a show I enjoyed. But I don’t feel like watching it all over again…

I created this website so myself and others could find the best episodes of our favourite shows. As of today, I have about 1,000 shows on the website with votes and rating coming from fans.

Hopefully, you can join me from your sofa and enjoy some nice TV!
