Man what a show, Harrelson is great but McConaughey is brillant.
Someone once told me, television is a flat circle. Every show we've ever watched or will watch, we're destined to watch over and over and over again. Watching this show, sometimes I'm convinced that the creators have lost their minds. But there are other times, I think I'm main-lining the secret truth of the universe.
The first season set the bar really high. It's up there with The Wire, The Sopranos and such. I hope they manage to deliver on the next season.
Thought it was gonna be just another CSI NYSFLBGQTPD show alllright-alright-alright
One of those really well made TV Shows which i felt was awesome! Not all will like the show, but for me I simply loved it!
One of my favorite shows in 2014. Let's see what Vince Vaughn, Colin Farrell and Amy Adams can add upon the unforgettable duo of Woody and McConaughey. I'm at
So I was late to the True Detective, watched it all together and I'm not really sure what the hype was all about. I mean the performance by McConaughey was brilliant, stole the show, I think, the cinematography was perfect, but overall "detectiveness" was... lacking, to say the least. I think if you put them all together you get almost seven episodes of building characters - which was way too much - and one episode of "action" - which was far too little, mixed with beautifully shown Louisiana.
In my opinion one of the worst TV shows ever made. I just cant watch the whole serie without yawning and falling asleep. Its just simply boring. 4/10 (for the sex and nude scenes)
Case in third season looked pretty interesting unfortunately I was not satisfied with last episodes. I was missing emotions which I had at the ending of first two seasons. Also changing between three different times was sometimes confusing, sometimes annoying and sometimes not necessary.
Loved the first Season and while in a completely different style, Season 2 is mind blowingly good. The damaged characters, the authentic action scenes leaving those involved completely drained and bewildered. The general texture and complexity is sublime. S2 is incredibly dense and requires focus to enjoy. Reminds me of Michael Mann's work. Surprise me again with Season 3!
I am Sophie and this is my website.
A little about me š I am a marketing student in Paris. I love spending afternoons with friends in a cafe or a park.
But more than anything else, I love watching (.. bingingā¦) series on my computer on rainy Sundays or any sunny day for that matter š
I must have watched hundreds of shows by now, from romance to science-fiction series. Often I like to go back to a show I enjoyed. But I donāt feel like watching it all over againā¦
I created this website so myself and others could find the best episodes of our favourite shows. As of today, I have about 1,000 shows on the website with votes and rating coming from fans.
Hopefully, you can join me from your sofa and enjoy some nice TV!
