Really interesting documentary. Both sides of the conflict are well highlighted and the escalating problems and the size of the cult are almost unbelievable. I kinda got the feeling if both sides were just better neighbors to each other this whole thing wouldn't have happened though.

It's interesting that there is never a conflict until the Christians get their panties in a wad.

Great documentary showing how hostile the society can be to ideas of freedom. On the other hand, it also shows that even people with the best intentions can become derailed by power struggles. The world would be a better place if people were more tolerant and open minded. I highly recommend the series.

This is one of the best documentary series I have ever seen.

The false equivalency this show attempts to establish is just staggering. "Sure, they murdered and poisoned some people, but look at these xenophobic people over here!"

Because I never heard of this cult (or "movement" as they call it) before, I didn't have any expectations whatsoever towards this docu-series. Overall I found it informative and it was interesting to hear firsthand accounts from people wo were in the midst of _Rajneeshpuram_ or living in Antelope, Oregon for decades, before the **"Orange People"** came. It was very impressive to see, what the **Rajneeshees** built on that empty, rocky property within a short amount of time - the idea to build a community from scratch is intriguing. When you see the footage of those early positive, energetic and creative days you can sense, _why_ these people wanted to be a part of the resettlement from India to Oregon. I would have loved to get to know more about the _Rajneeshpuram_ medical laboratory, since it was the place where they cultured their very own Salmonella bacteria in order to incapacitate the voting population of The Dalles, Oregon so that their own candidates would win the 1984 Wasco County elections. **751 people were poisoned!** It's the first and single largest **bioterrorist attack** in the history of the United States of America (bigger than the 2001 anthrax attacks) but unfortunately this docu-series didn't manage to capture the dimension of it. The ending is kind of ironic because the former compound is now inhabited by the world's biggest _Young Life_ camp. One _could_ argue they switched from one cult to another up there, the only difference is the **Christians** are more welcome than the followers of an Indian guru were. (I'm obviously talking about the time _before_ any of the crazy stuff happened.) And on a final note, the font was really hard to read!

About Me

I am Sophie and this is my website.

A little about me 👋 I am a marketing student in Paris. I love spending afternoons with friends in a cafe or a park.

But more than anything else, I love watching (.. binging…) series on my computer on rainy Sundays or any sunny day for that matter 🙈

I must have watched hundreds of shows by now, from romance to science-fiction series. Often I like to go back to a show I enjoyed. But I don’t feel like watching it all over again…

I created this website so myself and others could find the best episodes of our favourite shows. As of today, I have about 1,000 shows on the website with votes and rating coming from fans.

Hopefully, you can join me from your sofa and enjoy some nice TV!
