Jackie Chan Adventures is an American animated television series chronicling the adventures of a fictionalized version of action film star Jackie Chan. Many of the episodes contain references to Chan's actual works. This series ran on Kids' WB! from September 9, 2000 to July 8, 2005 for a total of 95 episodes, or 5 seasons. During its run, it was also shown on Cartoon Network, and afterwards, its reruns landed on Disney XD. An Arabic translation has been airing on MBC 3 since early 2006 and a Tamil translation has been airing on Chutti TV since its launch. It also used to air on Cartoon Network in Urdu. There have been several toys and video games based on the series. Its main character designer is Jeff Matsuda.

Jade's teacher, Mrs. Hartman confiscates the chi-o-matic and accidentally infuses herself with Hsi Wu's chi. Things get worse in the haunted house when Drago appears and the ghosts get angry at the presence of two demons in their house.

Meanwhile, Captain Black asks Jackie to guard the very same jewel at the Japanese Expo. Tohru was not that evil, so he declines the offer when he found out that Jackie was guarding the jewel. Unfortunately, Tohru and Jackie get taken hostage by the mobsters. This leaves the ever-bickering Uncle and Tohru's Mom to come to the rescue.

Jackie, Jade and Uncle track the Yin Yang talisman to Las Vegas where the noble tiger is part of a magic stage show. In attempting to move the tiger to safety, Jackie (in an Elvis costume no less) accidently causes the talisman powers to activiate creating tiger-lite and tiger-dark. In the struggle to reunite the tigers, Jackie is caught in the talisman energy. Jade's quick thinking keeps him from fully splitting into his lite and dark half. However he has split into his two halves down to the waist. Daolon and the Dark Chi Enforcers arrive in Las Vegas and manage to get both halves of the tiger, but the are stopped before extracting the tailsman powers by Uncle's good chi spells. Jackie-lite and dark are completely split in two durring the struggle to free the tigers. In an action packed sequence that tourists think is the planned stage show, the Jackies defete the D.C. Enforcers and Daolon, and reunite themselves and the tigers.

Besides attempting to reacquire the power of the horse talisman before Daolon Wong gets it; Jackie, Uncle, and Tohru must now also deal with Jade's abnormal growth spurt and a rambunctious little Valmont.

They have become suspects in his investigation into the failed attempt by three unknown assailants to steal the valuable golden squid, which is being showcased at the museum. Meanwhile, Jade who quit the buttercup scouts due to sheer boredom has joined the dragon scouts in a quest for more adventure and excitement. Jade becomes very suspicious of three specific members of the scouts when she and Jackie discover that they are the nephews of the Enforcers. She begins following and watching them, hoping to catch the three kids doing something illegal.

Jackie is summoned to a remote outpost in the Arctic, where a geologist has discovered a frozen prehistoric Iceman. But they encounter Inuit people in the area and does not want the Iceman to be taken away. After Jackie brings the Iceman back to the lab, Jade covertly thaws him out. Despite Jackie's chastisement, Jade befriends Iceman who turns out to be a gentle innocent, like a big ape. But the creature's safety is jeopardized when black marketer Pete Bailey convinces some Inuit that Iceman is dangerous and must be captured. Now Jade and Jackie must convince the Inuit that Bailey is up to no good, and rescue the Iceman before Bailey uses it for gaining money.

The Demon Chi briefly escapes from the Containment Unit. All of them are retrieved, except for the Earth Demon chi, which flees Section 13 and inhabits the body of one of Jades' Friends Larry (a comic book nerd, who also loves Super Moose) who proceeds to use his new demon powers for good as the superhero Spectacularry. Unfortunately he causes more problems than he solves. To prevent Draco obtaining the Earth demon Chi Jackie, Jade and Uncle Head to where any comic nerd with super powers would go, a comic fair. But the Demon Chi is slowly overwhelm Larry's good nature and with Drago closing in, Jackie, Jade and Uncle must save Larry before his super heroics destroy all around him.
