The pilot episode was better than most movies.
If the show stays on the same path as the first episode, we will be in for one hell of a ride
ATM the first episode alone outdoes overrated shows like Scorpion, Homeland, Gotham, The Flash, Daredevil, GoT, (CSI Cyber)... in all aspects. It's like "keep a little boring stuff for mainstream, but still mainly focusing on the cool stuff";) Logical flaws are hardly to find. This I did not expect!
People, stop giving THE WHOLE SHOW a rating based on the first episode or two, it screws with future ratings...just wait until at least a season is over and rate individual episodes until then. I agree that the show is very, very promising, but all those people giving it 10s based on the first episode? That's ridiculous. That's like rating a movie based on the opening credits.
I did not expect such a brilliant first episode... What an intricate and nuanced representation of hacking life! Beyond this, the writing, and the acting are exceptional. It's also nice to see Christian Slater... he was a staple from my youth when I started messing with computers and learning how to code. This first episode was a very pleasant surprise... really was better than most of the crap out here, and I, in general, abhor the bulk of television on offer. This show looks more meaningful somehow.
easily at the top 3 best shows of decade! there is a lot to say about this show, but if you have not seen it yet. I have only envy at you. so if you are reading these words, go now and embrace this amazing experience.
Watched the first 2 episodes, and it didn't hold my attention during the 3rd ep I just quit, the main char is so boring you fall a sleep when he talks. I know he's supposed to be a social and stuff but he can barely act, the only good actor in it was Christian Slater but I'm not going to watch a whole boring show just for him. The subject is nice though, I love hacking and stuff as a subject but it is not supposed to make me fall a sleep
Mr Robot is now one of my Top Thirty TV series. The acting is great and award worthy, the writing is brilliant, the social commentary is sobering, the hacking is believable, the struggle with mental illness and wellness is excruciating, the momentum between story and backstory is constant and supports a core cast loyalty for the viewers. Once the first season caught my attention it was all 9s (brilliant) out of 10. The second season held a rather transparent premise and an audience unuse to getting ahead of the scripts found the pace tedious, and my rating slipped to 6s (fair), but gradually recovered. But the third season, with all the pieces of the backstory filling in, and the characters undergoing serious challenges, took the series back, once again, to 9s (brilliant). It will be interesting to see where the writers can take us from here in season four. [Social Political Thriller]
The sheer amount of attention to details in this show is staggering! This is a masterpiece in the making. 'Mr. Robot' is topical when it needs to be, but timeless in its critique of the human behavior.
This TV show just makes me want to be a wannabe Hacker. ( Computer Engineering Student )
Lately, I’ve been re-watching a lot of tv shows I used to watch growing up. Even though it makes perfect sense, I was really surprised how different was my point of view now, than it was ten or fifteen years ago. Suddenly, my favorite characters aren’t the favorites anymore. Besides, I’ve forgotten tons of what was happening, that’s why I had so much fun re-watching everything. I highly suggest you do the same thing!
Mixing reality shows and food seems like the perfect combination for just about anyone. I always get amazed what some people are able to make under a huge amount of pressure. The cooking shows are so entertaining as well, because it’s always regular people competing. Just make sure not to watch them on an empty stomach!
Because I’m watching so many imaginary scenarios, it’s nice to take a look at things that actually happened every once in a while. The drama from documentaries really feels a lot different than those from series you just know didn’t happen. I love being aware of everything that is or has been going on and Netflix is really great at helping us with that.
I am Sophie and this is my website.
A little about me 👋 I am a marketing student in Paris. I love spending afternoons with friends in a cafe or a park.
But more than anything else, I love watching (.. binging…) series on my computer on rainy Sundays or any sunny day for that matter 🙈
I must have watched hundreds of shows by now, from romance to science-fiction series. Often I like to go back to a show I enjoyed. But I don’t feel like watching it all over again…
I created this website so myself and others could find the best episodes of our favourite shows. As of today, I have about 1,000 shows on the website with votes and rating coming from fans.
Hopefully, you can join me from your sofa and enjoy some nice TV!
