Starts off a little slow, but soon you get pretty invested in all of the characters. The last 3 episodes had me so stressed out! **STAY OFF THE CUT!!**
I like this show and was really into it for the first 8 episodes, I felt like it dropped the ball a bit in the 9th and 10th ones but will still hang around to watch future seasons and see how they resolve it, overall it's pretty good just feel like John could've made smarter choices.
The show (or at least the first season, since there will probably be more) peters out unfortunately. I feel like it needed to be 6 episodes rather than 10... there is a LOT that could have been cut which would have made for a more concise and interesting story. It really seems like they decided to completely change the show after 3 or 4 episodes and overall that negatively affected the outcome. It's essentially a CW show with a little bit of cursing -- beautiful people with largely poor dialogue. It's easy to watch so I wouldn't say it's not worth your time, but I can't really recommend it.
This show is infuriating... it's a great story that keeps you engaged but it's full of really bad dialogue that was written by a 12 year-old. The bickering and fighting between the 'rich' kids and the 'poor' kids are tedious and childish. The story moves along at a good clip, but the Brits would probably have done it in 6 or 7 episodes instead of the 10 we get to watch. A lot of it doesn't make sense such as the cops are on a manhunt, but they're driving at full speed in packs of three trucks with their lights and sirens on - why?? Or the cops are driving through a neighbourhood - also at full speed with lights ablaze and siren on full-blast. How will you ever find someone doing that? If it didn't have so many stupid bits I'd give it an 8.5 out of 10, but overall it's maybe a 5/10. As for the ending...
just cause you get to the Bahamas - what makes them think they'll actually get the gold?!! And while you had the cops on the radio telling everyone the guy killed you dad - why didn't you mention that his son killed the cop.. you know, to clear yourself!!
I REALLY like this show.
Really great show. Feels like a 00's teen drama + treasure hunt. It's actually well written and really exciting (it falls into the usual tropes but is also very original). It knows what it is and I loved it!
I am not even finished with this show but I already love it. It is one of the best shows I've recently seen. I am really into teen shows and usually teen shows fit into one of two categories. They are either made for teenagers and are usually pretty stupid or they are really depressing. When I say depressing I mean that these kids are usually pretty fucked. Outer Banks is different. I generally feel pretty good when I watch this show. It just makes me happy watching these kids be together, talk trash and search for the treasure. I really love the way the story is told and the way it makes me feel. It is certainly not perfect though. Its a classic american tv show and fullfills a lot of clichés. I can look past that though and enjoy the adventure of these kids. Edit: I finished it now and it got a little bit over the top in the end (for my taste) but still: amazing show!
Like I mentioned before, during these times, you have to be able to relax and is there a better way than sitting back and binging on a really good series? I don’t think so! We’ve already covered some series that are available on Netflix, but what about other services? Well, now we’re going to see what Hulu has to offer.
Because I’m watching so many imaginary scenarios, it’s nice to take a look at things that actually happened every once in a while. The drama from documentaries really feels a lot different than those from series you just know didn’t happen. I love being aware of everything that is or has been going on and Netflix is really great at helping us with that.
I am Sophie and this is my website.
A little about me 👋 I am a marketing student in Paris. I love spending afternoons with friends in a cafe or a park.
But more than anything else, I love watching (.. binging…) series on my computer on rainy Sundays or any sunny day for that matter 🙈
I must have watched hundreds of shows by now, from romance to science-fiction series. Often I like to go back to a show I enjoyed. But I don’t feel like watching it all over again…
I created this website so myself and others could find the best episodes of our favourite shows. As of today, I have about 1,000 shows on the website with votes and rating coming from fans.
Hopefully, you can join me from your sofa and enjoy some nice TV!
