"The Last Man on Earth" has been an absolute riot so far through the first 3 episodes, adding its own unique comedic twist on a classic premise, and looks like it will continue to go strong throughout its first season. Will Forte is back taking on a slightly different persona from his usual MacGruber and channeling a bit of his own Tom Hanks in "Castaway". While the first episode takes on a more serious tone, the second episode is where things REALLY take off and the show comes into its own comedically. Give this show a few episodes to see what it is really about. Will Forte and Kristen Schaal have an instant chemistry that leaves me cringing and smiling at the same like classic "The Office" episodes featuring Michael Scott's best escapades. I can't wait until more of the rumored cast members show up and add even more wrinkles. One last word. Fox, if you dare go "Firefly" on this show and cancel it early, I will not be pleased. That is all. Go watch this show now!!
This show is awful. Phil/Tandy is so easy to hate, no quality characters in this show Edit: Season 2 was much better, but still pretty intolerable.
The one thing I couldn't understand about "The last man on earth" that Phil had all the world in his hands and instead he chose to stay with all those people who clearly hate him, and don't make me start talking about the poor choices he always made just to get laid or to made everyone love him, if he could listen to me I would say : come on man, have some guts, take a car and leave
It's not actually funny. It's just a poor waste of resources and a waste of time to intelligent minds.
I'll miss this show. It wasn't what I would consider "great TV" but it wasn't so bad that it needed to be cancelled. It was good mindless TV.
The Last Man on Earth makes semi-obligatory references to Cast Away, before casting them away. With dialogue reminiscent of a Wes Anderson film (a bit sad in a jaunty sort of way) it leaves enough intrigue as to what will happen next. Devoid of any huge 'laugh out loud' moments, but thankfully not the straight slapstick comedy it appeared to be - there's something strangely therapeutic about a man bickering with himself, with God, and whatever else he can find along the way.
Cancelled without en ending, so dont bother picking this shit up. With an ending i would have rated the series an 7/10, watched all episodes and stayed amuzing. Now it doesnt even deserve an 1/10
I’ll miss you! When it had a good episode it was really fun. I get the boring too.
Great news! this terrible show was finally canceled after season 4. Maybe humanity stands a chance to escape idiotic extinction.
I seriously don't know what to make of this. On the one hand I have to give it to the writers/producers for creating such a despisable character like Phil/Tandy - that takes some guts. But on the other hand: maaan, he is just such a manipulative, childish, insecure, backstabbing, lying piece of sh....!
Isn’t it great when your favorite TV show has characters from all over the world? A lovely Spanish or a funny Indian accent can always make a show interesting but cultural presentation is what brings awe to the viewers life. I am presenting you with the three best TV shows that will add colors to your to-watch list!
While we celebrated the Pride month just now, why not talk about some awesome TV shows focused on LGBT characters. What if you want to learn about the people at large but you realize that there is no diversity in your close social circles. That’s when a good TV series can enlighten you with the ideas and realities. It can also save you from awkward moments in the real life by providing the right insights.
Don’t know about you, but since the lockdown, I have had more free time than ever. Maybe it’s because we did not actually realize how much time we were wasting. So the other day, whilst I was pouring myself a glass of wine, I remembered how much I love and missed genre “Fantasy”. It was my favorite genre since growing up, maybe because I was too much into Avatar, but yeah I miss it. So today let’s talk about best fantasy TV shows.
I am Sophie and this is my website.
A little about me 👋 I am a marketing student in Paris. I love spending afternoons with friends in a cafe or a park.
But more than anything else, I love watching (.. binging…) series on my computer on rainy Sundays or any sunny day for that matter 🙈
I must have watched hundreds of shows by now, from romance to science-fiction series. Often I like to go back to a show I enjoyed. But I don’t feel like watching it all over again…
I created this website so myself and others could find the best episodes of our favourite shows. As of today, I have about 1,000 shows on the website with votes and rating coming from fans.
Hopefully, you can join me from your sofa and enjoy some nice TV!
